Step Guide of the Software

To know the functionality of the software, view the simple screen instructions below:

Step 1: Launch the software and Click on "Add" button from the main menu to add Mac Outlook file.

Step 2: Press down the "Browse" button to fetch the file.

Step 3: Select the file from your local machine.

Step 4: And Now Click on Add button on pop-up window.

Step 5: Now software starts with the scanning process of Mac file. And you will see the scanning status on software window.

Step 6: The software will provide an option to save scanned OLM files within the software. If you want to save click on "Yes" else "No".

Step 7: Now you will see all the mails of Outlook file on software window. The software gives you two view options:

a) Normal Mail View
b) Attachments View
You can select according to the requirement.

Step 8: You can also switch the screen of software from horizontal to vertical or vertical to horizontal by using "Switch View Option".

Step 9: Now the users can export their files in two ways:
A. Export Selected Email
B. Export Selected folder

To export the selected file selects the particular mail and Right click and press export.

To export whole folder Press down the "Export" button from the main menu.

Step 10: Select the PST format from the list and Click on Export button.

Step 11: Now Select the following things:

A. Select the folder
B. Split PST file
C. Browse the destination
And Click on "Export" button

Step 12: The Software will show you live export status report.

Step 13: After the whole process the software will create an exportation process report in CSV file format.
